Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda has recently been recognised as a Top Employer for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, reaffirming its place among leading organisations committed to people development and workplace excellence.

The company, which is part of the Coca-Cola Beverages Africa group, joins six other countries within the CCBA footprint that have attained the same distinction. At a regional level, CCBA has also been certified as a Top Employer in Africa for 2026.

This recognition represents the second year in a row that CCBA has secured regional certification, with operations in Uganda, Ethiopia, South Africa and Tanzania also earning country-level certification. All these markets recorded improved performance compared to the previous year. The 2026 cycle also marked a first-time certification for CCBA operations in Botswana, Kenya and Mozambique.

The Top Employers Institute, which operates in 125 countries and regions worldwide, is a global authority in human resource certification, benchmarking and advisory services. Its assessment is based on a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey that evaluates organisations across six key areas: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
