Emmy Hashakimana, Managing Director of Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda, said the certification reflects the company’s strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth for its employees, within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
She noted that the company’s success is closely tied to its people, adding that investment in skills, inclusion and workplace culture enables teams to deliver trusted brands, positively impact communities and drive sustainable growth.
Hashakimana further said that CCBA focuses on creating opportunities rather than simply assigning roles, equipping employees with the tools and challenges needed to build meaningful and fulfilling careers.
